Historic Home Renovations
Complete renovation of craftsman style house built in 1940. House had been vacant for 5 years, completely overgrown with vegetation. The project encompassed lot clearing; replumbing; rewiring; new roof, master bathroom, HVAC, & appliances; opening up the floor plan, and many other additions.

Hurricane Florence Renovations
Hurricane Florence was a powerful and long-lived hurricane that caused severe damage in the Wilmington, NC area in September 2018. Florence dropped a maximum of 35 inches of rain in some areas. The pictures below reflect a home that was flooded approximately 4ft on the first floor and the resulting renovation.
